Services Provided
UK Visa Assist Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides Provide administrative support services for UK visa applications, including:

Completing visa application forms strictly based on the documents and information provided by the customer.

Organising, checking, and compiling documents.

Providing templates, checklist, and guidance.

Referring cases to trusted solicitors only if legal advice is required.
Important:

We do not provide legal advice or make decisions on what information should be entered on forms.

Applications are completed only using data and documents supplied by the customer.

We cannot guarantee the success of any application, nor are we responsible for decisions or actions taken by authorities.
Customer Responsibilities

Customer must provide complete, accurate, and truthful documents and information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the completed application before submission.

Customers must follow any instructions provided for document organisation or preparation.

Customers must notify UK Visa Assist immediately if any documents or information change during the process.

Customers acknowledge that UK Visa Assist is not responsible for errors or omissions in the documents or information supplied by the customer.

Customers are solely responsible for making all payments directly to UKVI, including visa fees, Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS), priority or super priority fees, and any other Home Office charges. UK Visa Assist Limited does not take payment for, process, or make these payments on behalf of the customer.

The customer agrees that UK Visa Assist Limited is not liable for any failed, incomplete, incorrect, or late payments, nor for any resulting delays, refusals, or negative outcomes.

If the document upload service is purchased, Uk Visa Assist Limited will upload documents to the appropriate UKVI-approved platform strictly based on the documents and information provided by the customer. The customer remains fully responsible for reviewing all uploaded documents for accuracy and completeness before submission. UK Visa Assist Limited is not liable for any missing documents, incorrect information, delays, technical issues, or negative outcomes arising from the upload process, the documents provided, or actions by UKVI, VFS Global, TLS Contact, or any other platform.
GDPR and Data Protection

UK Visa Assist Limited complies fully with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Any personal data provided by customers will be:

Collected only for the purpose of providing administrative visa services.

Processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.

Stored securely with restricted access.

Personal data will be deleted securely within 30 days of service completion.

Data may be shared only with trusted solicitors if the customer has given explicit consent via the website form checkbox.

Customers have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about them.
-
Request corrections to inaccurate information.
-
Request deletion of their personal data.
-
Withdraw consent for solicitor referrals.

Fees and Payments

The standard fee for services is £999.00 per application, payable upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This fee does not apply to cases listed as “other case types” on our website; fees for these cases will be communicated separately.

Full payment is required regardless of the stage the case reaches, including if the customer withdraws or fails to provide required documents, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment links will be issued only from an official UK Visa Assist email address.

All payments must be made to the official UK Visa Assist Limited bank account. Payments to any other account, email, or individuals are not authorised and must not be made.

No refunds are permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing by UK Visa Assist Limited.

By making a payment, the customer is deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
Limitation of Liability

The customer acknowledges and agrees that UK Visa Assist Limited provides administrative-only service and does not guarantee, influence, or have control over the outcome of any visa application. The customer accepts full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information and documents they supply.

The customer agrees that UK Visa Assist Limited shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any decision refusal, delay, administrative action, or outcome made by the Home Office or any other authority. This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss, emotional distress, loss of status, missed travel, cancellation costs, additional fees, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

The customer further agrees that they will not bring, pursue, or attempt to bring any claim, complaint, chargeback, dispute, action, or proceeding- whether legal, financial, administrative, or otherwise- against UK Visa Assist Limited in relation to their visa application or any information or documents they have provided.

The customer indemnifies and agrees to fully hold harmless UK Visa Assist Limited, its directors, staff, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from:

The customer’s own documents or information;
-
The completion of the application based on their instructions;
-
The outcome of the application;
-
Delays or actions by external authorities; or
-
Any failure by the customer to follow guidance, provide documents, or review the application before submission.

This waiver and indemnity apply to all circumstances without limitation, and remain in full force at all times.
